Founder & CEO

Alex Kuhnke

Alex Kuhnke is a real estate investor and graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, where he earned a degree in Manufacturing Engineering. He got his start in real estate as a financial partner in Phoenix-based syndications, gaining firsthand experience in large-scale acquisitions and rehab projects.

That foundation led to a broader focus on real estate operations, including rental properties in Oklahoma and land development in Colorado. Today, Alex leads projects like a 40-acre community in Colorado Springs and a 760-acre family-led residential development in Peyton.

With an eye for detail and a practical, engineering-minded approach, Alex brings thoughtful planning to every project he takes on. Outside of work, he enjoys country living and DIY projects, including turning part of his home into a custom-built office space.
